In late 2007 following requests from our existing private clients RealReturns created a property Asset Management Agency. Since then we have provided them with an unmatched and comprehensive property management service aiming to maximise tenant occupancy levels, owner income and asset capital value.
RealReturns ensure that our clients are not involved with the day-to-day management of a property located in a non-English speaking country. We deliver total, professional and pro-active management which enhances the value of our clients’ property investments, be it an apartment, a single building or an entire portfolio. Our managment team divides their time between our dublin and Berlin offices and uniquely we specialise a small number of property types.
